All duties and taxes are included within the purchase price. We use a combination of road freight and couriers, dependent on size of the item. Australian orders are distributed from our warehouse in Bowral, NSW.

REST OF WORLD
Shipping is fulfilled using a combination of air freight, road freight and couriers dependent on the size of the item. As International orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse you may incur duties, clearance fees or local taxes. We do not cover these charges and are not liable for any fees incurred. For more information, we advise you to check with your local customs agent.

Treated with basic care, your slippers will withstand multiple years of comfort.

The five golden rules of care:

  1. Our leather bottom slippers are best for indoor use only.
  2. The warmth of your feet will help the slippers to mold to your
    feet over time.
  3. If they get damp, let them air dry away from direct heat to prevent the
    leather from hardening. You can sprinkle baking soda inside to absorb excess
    moisture or odors overnight, then shake it out.
  4. Spot clean any spills or marks as promptly as possible – do not rub the
    wool pile.
  5. If you’re unsure about a spill or stain, take them to a dry cleaner with
    experience cleaning sheepskin.

Our slippers are in EU sizes. Because leather can stretch over time with frequent wear and warmth from your feet, its best to go a size down if you’re unsure. Please use our size chart for more guidance.
Like all things, a little bit of care can go a long way. Our sheepskin slippers are designed for indoor use. You should only need to spot clean if there’s a spill on the wool. If you are concerned that they’ve gotten damp, you can sprinkle baking soda inside them, leave them overnight, then shake it out. Overtime they will mould to your feet making them extra special and comfy, however if you think you won’t be using them for a while, you can stuff some tissue paper into them to help keep their shape.
