Born in Wānaka, Wilson & Dorset has been designing beautiful sheepskin products for over a decade. We're now on the lookout for a dynamic, people-loving Store Manager to help us grow our presence in Canterbury.

Sheepskin has comforted humans for over 100,000 years. At Wilson & Dorset, we turn it into pieces for modern living, easing synthetics out of our day-to-day and welcoming back a more grounded way of being.

As we grow across New Zealand, Australia and beyond, we're looking for a natural organiser to cover maternity leave as our Marketing Project Manager. This is a hands-on delivery role: you'll be the one who makes strategy happen, shipping on-brand work across retail, ecommerce, social and trade, with full ownership of process, production and execution end-to-end.

What you'll bring

• A proven track record managing marketing projects and production schedules, brief to delivery


• 5+ years across the marketing mix: retail, ecommerce and social/digital


• Excellent organisational skills, keeping multiple projects, timelines and budgets on track at once


• Strong communication skills and the confidence to manage suppliers, contractors and stakeholders


• Tech-savvy and curious, with genuine enthusiasm for using AI to work smarter


• A decisive, hands-on approach, comfortable making sound, on-brand calls in the moment
